A couple of notes before measuring:

THE BUTT:
All coats will hang down another 1-2 inches past where the tail joins the butt, and then curve around the thighs. If you'd like it longer or shorter than that, please let me know.

THE NECK:
In the rain of Seattle, Val likes the turtleneck to come up over his ears and eyes, if you want the neck shorter, let me know... waterproof coats have a drawstring at the neck

A= ears to top of tail (where the tail joins the butt)
B= neck behind ears
C= chest in front of arms (non-sighthounds only)
D= chest behind arms
E= belly at end of rib-cage


For dogs other than sighthounds, please measure at all
points, A-E, and don't hesitate to email or call if you have any questions...

To check size for any sighthound, just measure point A and D and pick the one that's closest...
Whippet Small (WS)   A= 26"......... D= 24.5"
Whippet Large (WL)     A= 30.5"......... D= 27"
Greyhound Small (GS)      A= 34"......... D= 29"
Greyhound Medium (GM)    A= 36-37"......... D= 30"
Greyhound Large (GL)     A= 38-39"......... D= 31-33"
